Every risk I’ve taken has led to a lesson. Every challenge has built resilience. Every journey follows a rhythm.
🔥 The Power of Taking Risks
Every great story begins with a Leap of Faith —a decision to embrace the unknown. When I first ventured into Entrepreneurship, I was filled with excitement, but also uncertainty. Would my ideas work? Would investors believe in my vision? Would my risks pay off?
I learned early that calculated risks separate leaders from followers. When I became an early investor in Pivotal Systems, guiding it from a local startup to a publicly listed company, I understood that success isn’t about avoiding risks—it’s about making the right ones.
The same principle applied when I co-founded SnapWorks, a platform that now has over 2 million downloads. The risk was high, but so was the reward—transforming education technology and creating an impact at scale.

Lesson #1: If you never take a risk, you’ll never grow.
💪 Resilience: Turning Failures into Fuel
Not every risk leads to immediate success. Sometimes, failure knocks you down. The difference between those who succeed and those who don’t? Resilience.
In my years leading BAINS Development, I’ve faced massive construction challenges, unexpected project delays, and moments where things felt like they were falling apart. But I’ve also learned that setbacks aren’t permanent—they’re just stepping stones.
One of my biggest projects was managing the Santana Row development, one of the most complex commercial constructions in Silicon Valley. The deadlines were tight, the expectations were high, and the pressure was relentless. But through grit and persistence, we delivered a masterpiece.

Lesson #2: Stay in the game when others quit. Adapt, push forward, and turn obstacles into opportunities.
🎵 Rhythm: Finding Balance Between Business, Passion & Life
Entrepreneurship is not just about work —it’s about finding a rhythm between what you do and who you are.
For me, that rhythm has been found in my passions beyond business.
– 🕺 Teaching Bhangra has given me discipline, creativity, and cultural connection.
– ✈️ Flying as a Private Pilot** has taught me precision, control, and trust in myself.
– ❤️ Giving back to the community through mentorship and food drives has reminded me that success means nothing if it isn’t shared.

Lesson #3: When you find your rhythm, work stops feeling like a burden. It becomes an extension of your purpose.
